We have exciting opportunities for exceptional SLTs to join our highly supportive team of 27 therapists and support staff.

Full time or Part Time.
Permanent member of staff / subcontractor.
Based in our mainstream and special schools service in Milton Keynes, Bedford and surrounding areas.
Open to SLTs who already have a real passion for working with SEMH and at least some experience in this clinical area. There is scope for highly supported career progression with this role for the right candidate.
NQPs are welcome to apply.

Gross Salary: £23,618 to £35,396 p/a.

Who is our ideal candidate?

A qualified Speech and Language Therapist with a BSc degree as a minimum. Preferably with a minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience, some of which spent working in a relevant clinical area.
• RCLST and HCPC registered.
• Transferable, enhanced DBS. Magic Words Therapy is committed to keeping children and vulnerable adults safe. The applicant must undertake an Enhanced DBS check in order to apply for this role.
• Experience carrying out assessments and therapy with clients with a range of SLCN / with the relevant client group for the post being applied for.
• A car driver with access to own car.
• A confident self-starter.

• Excellent negotiation and people skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English.

Duties: Safeguarding children and vulnerable adults. Being vigilant to any safeguarding concerns and reporting them to the Designated Safeguarding Lead as appropriate following the organisations policies and processes.
